Step 2 Share accident photos via WhatsApp at 077-2474778 or through the DigiEye link directly from the location. For your convenience and policy agreement, utilize our Call and Go service; you are not required to wait at the location for an assessor. We will inform you later if a police statement is necessary for your claim.
Step 3 Submit the estimate and spare part quotation from your chosen repairer within 7 days of the accident. Fast Track Claims will settled immediately upon customer agreement, subject to policy conditions. Final Settlement Requirements: Claims with repair approvals will settled upon submission of:
  1. Final bill from the repairer
  2. Purchase receipts for replaced parts
  3. After repair inspection including salvage assessment
  4. Bank account Details
  5. Completed claim form
  6. A copy of police Statement (If requested)
